11. Limitation of Liability

Direct Damages Cap

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of our Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spec Legacy and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution
